Demirci Gym B.V. – Membership Terms & Conditions
1. Membership Duration and Renewal
1.1. The membership agreement is valid for a period determined by the selected membership type.
1.2. The agreement will automatically terminate unless renewed by either party.
1.3. For monthly memberships, if the member fails to cancel on time, the agreement will be automatically renewed for the same period.
1.4. For other payment forms (e.g., annual subscriptions), the agreement ends after the purchased duration.
1.5. A one-month notice period applies to all cancellations, including temporary cancellations due to medical reasons (proof may be required).
2. Training Times and Attendance
2.1. Demirci Gym reserves the right to adjust training times at any time, with reasonable notice provided.
2.2. The gym is closed on public holidays. These days are included in the regular membership period and are not compensated.
2.3. Custom training schedules may apply during the summer period.
2.4. Non-attendance does not result in automatic suspension or cancellation of membership. Payments will continue until the end of the contract period.
3. Registration Fee
3.1. A registration fee covers administrative costs.
3.2. This fee is collected with the first SEPA debit payment.
3.3. If a SEPA transaction fails, Demirci Gym B.V. reserves the right to charge additional fees to cover incurred expenses.
4. Tuition Fees and Payment
4.1. The tuition fee is due regardless of attendance or participation in activities.
4.2. Any changes to the tuition fee will be communicated in advance.
4.3. Payments must be made on time. In case of non-payment:
Immediate payment is expected.
A debt collection agency may be engaged.
All associated costs (judicial and extrajudicial) will be the responsibility of the member.
5. Membership Cancellation
5.1. Demirci Gym reserves the right to immediately terminate a membership if the member:
Violates house rules.
Engages in inappropriate or lewd behavior.
5.2. A member may cancel their membership by:
Providing written notice or email at least 1 month before the end of the contract period.
Ensuring all outstanding payments are settled.
Receiving written confirmation of deregistration from Demirci Gym.
5.3. After termination, no refunds will be issued for:
Registration fees.
Tuition fees.
Any other credits.
6. Liability
6.1. Members must hold a valid health insurance policy.
6.2. Demirci Gym is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.
6.3. All personal data is kept confidential and used strictly for administrative purposes.

7.1. Demirci Gym B.V. is committed to protecting your privacy.
7.2. We collect personal data such as your name, email address, and other contact information when you visit our website.
7.3. This information is used to:
