Ladies Only
Train in a supportive, empowering women-only environment where you can safely develop your kickboxing, fitness, and self-defense skills. These classes are designed to build confidence, improve technique, and boost overall strength, all in a space dedicated to female athletes.
MMA (From October 2025)
Boost your mma skills with high-energy sessions with a professional fighter “David Piechaczek” perfect for beginners and experienced fighters alike.

Memberships
Complete package 12 months (16+)
Unlimited kickboxing, wrestling, S&C and nogi grappling sessions. This membership contains a minimum duration of 12 months. After 12 months, you can cancel your membership at any moment. Please note the 1-month notice period.
